Pine Mountain Club--the nearby faraway place--is one of Southern California's most beautiful bedroom communities.

Pine Mountain Club offers delightful full-time living and fun-filled, relaxing weekends. Located in a spectacular mountain setting just 90 miles north of Los Angeles, it is surrounded by 1.7 million acres of old forests that shelter an array of flora and fauna, including the rare California Condor, through it's ever-changing four seasons. We invite you to share it with us.

PMC's recreation opportunities abound, ranging from a PGA-rated 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and equestrian center to a clubhouse with a lounge providing live entertainment, outdoor concerts during the summer and an upscale restaurant. In the center of town, a village center with retail stores, restaurants, a park with a playground, a beautiful inn and a gazebo offers convenience in an Alpine setting. Special events -- such as the Lilac Festival, Oktoberfest, Run to the Pines Car Show and Wine in the Pines -- take place at various times during the year. Endless trails, abundant wildlife and clear skies make PMC a little slice of paradise.
PMC is a non-profit property owners association. Use of its facilities is limited to members and guests. Member/Guest cards are required in the PMC lounge and for use of the restaurant, golf course, recreation room, tennis courts and park. Visitors renting cabins or village accommodations should discuss guest cards with their rental agent.

As of July 13, the Inspector of Elections had received only 1,065 of the 2,932 ballots mailed out. We need 1,613 votes approving the amended CC&Rs to avoid the expiration of our current CC&Rs. To get these 1,613 votes of approval, we need to have at least 2,000 valid ballots returned. That means we need more than 900 more ballots to be returned! Please vote ‘yes’ and return your ballots.
