Pine
Mountain Club Property Owners Association, Inc. is the
corporation managing the Pine Mountain Club community.
It is governed by a nine-member, volunteer board of
directors and a group of documents: the Covenants,
Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's), bylaws, the
association rules, and an Environmental Control (EC)
code. These are in addition to corporation laws, the
civil code, and the articles of incorporation.
The board holds regular meetings the third Saturday of
the month. These meetings are open to members in
good standing. A period at the end of the meeting is
reserved for members to air their questions, concerns,

PMCPOA, Inc. offers a wide variety of services and
activities including a clubhouse and recreation
activities, patrol, a transfer site and recycling
center, and snow plowing of the roads within the
community. The business office is located in the
clubhouse.
