RESOLUTION# 04-04-19-08 RESOLVED, To approve attachment
of a service charge and fine structure to the PMCPOA policy for transporting,
impounding and sheltering of domestic animals. A
service fee of $35.00 will be applied to each such occurrence, and a citation and service charge be issued for each
repeat occurrence with fines to be determined by the Board of Directors
consistent with existing fine policy.
WHEREAS, Patrol is tasked with picking up animals running
loose within Pine Mountain Club, and most of the Patrol daily interventions
involve complaints about animals which is time consuming, labor intensive and
thereby a cost to the Association members, THEREFORE
BE IT
RESOLVED that a service fee of $35.00 be applied to each such
occurrence, a citation be issued for each repeat occurrence with fines to be
determined by the Board of Directors consistent with existing fine policy.
