SIDE-BY-SIDE COMPARISON OF THE 2007 DRAFT CC&Rs AND THE PRESENT CC&Rs DATED 1971

The following document is a side-by-side presentation of the 2007 Draft Amended and Restated Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) compared with the currently existing CC&Rs dated 1971. Please be aware that the 2007 Draft CC&Rs are presented in numerical order, but the 1971 CC&Rs are not in sequence so that the new language of the draft can be more easily compared to the existing language. A copy of the existing 1971 CC&Rs in their original sequential format is available online at www.pinemountainclub.net.

Please also note that in this document the Draft CC&Rs are presented in a redline edition designed to show you the changes from the previous draft that was circulated for owners’ comments in 2004. Changes in language are marked by italicizing and striking out deleted words and underlining added words.
