Tai Chi is taught by Craig Ravenscroft, who works locally in Frazier Park. He has studied, practiced and taught Tai Chi in the area since 2006 and is happy to teach it again at PMC. His description of Tai Chi is as follows: "Tai Chi is a series of movements that strengthens, stretches and balances one's body gently. When you regularly practice Tai Chi, you will notice that you have more energy, fewer aches and pains, a clearer mind and a stronger immune system. Tai Chi started as simple exercises at least 5,000 years ago in China and has developed into the more complex forms that we have the privilege to benefit from today as people practiced it, experienced it and improved it over the millennia." Tai Chi classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
