2010/2011 Assessment Payment Due By July 1

The 2010/2011 annual assessment of $1,371.00 is due and payable in the PMCPOA business office by July 1, 2010. The association appreciates your prompt payment.

Please make checks payable to PMCPOA and mail to PMCPOA, P.O. Box P, Pine Mountain Club, CA 93222-0016.

Payments can also be made in the office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please note your tract and lot number on all payments.

Assessments are delinquent if not paid in full and received in the business office by close of business at 5 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2010. This includes mailed payments. Interest and collection fees will be added to all accounts not paid in full by the deadline, and an Intent to Lien notice will be sent.

A copy of the delinquency policy will be included in the Assessment and Budget mailing that will be sent to all property owners this month. Please contact the business office at (661) 242-3788 if you have not received the mailing or have any questions.
