ASSOCIATION BYLAWS PROPOSED REVISION

Proposed Bylaws Will Be Voted on By Membership in June

The final version of the proposed new Association Bylaws were accepted by the Board of Directors during its March meeting. The proposed Bylaws have been sent to the Inspector of Elections for reproduction and mailing to all members in good standing for a vote during the annual elections this June. Mailing will be in mid-May. Included in the mailing will be a ballot for voting on candidates for the Board of Directors.
Under a directive from the PMCPOA Board of Directors and after months of reviewing and discussing our current Association Bylaws, the Governing Documents Committee completed its review and proposed revisions in January, and those revisions – along with a summary of the major changes -- were available for member review on the Association website. The proposed bylaws were then reviewed by the Association’s legal counsel prior to recommendation to the Board. Here are the final versions of the Bylaws that will be voted on by the membership.
