Roads are plowed in the following order:
Main thoroughfares
Access roads
Cul-de-sacs
Easements
Berms (as time permits)
During winter storms the Pine Mountain Club Maintenance snowplow equipment will be dispatched as needed to maintain all roadways within the PMCPOA community.
Our equipment will be dispatched as soon as possible after snow begins to stick to the road surfaces, and will remain plowing until all of the roads are clear of snow. The radio station (am1610) will be updated periodically throughout the day with information on weather and road conditions.
Cinders will be applied when the Pine Mountain Maintenance Department deems it appropriate. The roads will be cleared in the order listed above. When time permits, we will try to clear the snow berm from driveways of previously registered, disabled placard holders and people who have registered as senior citizens.
