WILDLIFE RULES ADOPTED JULY 21, 2007
 

Recitals:
 
1.Recent incidents have been reported to the Board involving the entry by wildlife onto the lots and into the homes of members;
2.These incidents potentially jeopardize the health and safety of the community; Accordingly, the following Rule is hereby adopted on an EMERGENCY basis and shall be effective five days after the mailing of this rule to the members:

A. No member, resident, or guest shall permit any food to be left unattended outside a dwelling.
 
B. All trash containers must be secured so that animals may not open them.
 
C. No freezers, ice chests, refrigerators, food containers or similar devices may be placed in any carport or other open space adjacent to a member’s dwelling;
 
D. No member, resident or guest shall knowingly feed any animal other than domestic animals on any lot or other portion of the Pine Mountain development. Domestic animals must be fed inside the member’s dwelling or outside the dwelling if the member, resident or guest is in attendance.
 
E. No member, resident or guest shall hunt for any animal on any lot or any other portion of the Pine Mountain development.
 
F. The Board is authorized to impose a fine for any violation of the foregoing provisions.
 
This rule is adopted pursuant to the governing documents of the Association and California Civil Code Sections 1357.100 through 1357.150
